You Can See Everything 2026
One of the most well-shot, interesting documentaries I've ever seen, and one of my top 3 movies of the year. 5 out of 5.Mike, reviewed October 16, 2026
You Can See Everything is one of my top 3 movies of the year, and I'm giving it a 5 out of 5. I saw it early, and this review is spoiler-free.
This is the new Elizabeth Holmes documentary from Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, who's coming off Primetime. It's one of the most well-shot, interesting documentaries I think I've ever seen.
The first half follows the 34 days before she reports to prison, and the interactions between Nathan, Elizabeth and Billy Evans are pure genius. These are some of the most interesting people I think I've ever seen on camera.
The score is haunting, and the cinematography is bold, with a lot of close-ups. There's also a twist I won't spoil, which is strange to say about a documentary, but it almost feels more like a movie. It's eerie and a little investigative, kind of like Catfish back in the day.
It runs about 3 hours, and that is a lot to ask for sitting in a theater. But for a 3-hour documentary, it absolutely flew by. See it in theaters or at home, but see it.
