Terms
The short version, in plain words. By using this site, the shop, the tip page or a Radar membership, you agree to these terms.
Who runs this site
mikesmoviereviews.com and the Radar are run by Mike, doing business as Socialman, in Orlando, Florida. Payments on this site are made to Socialman, and that is the name that may show on your card statement.
Reviews and recommendations
Reviews are my opinions. Prices, sales and release dates come from the stores and can change at any time, so check the store before you buy.
Affiliate links
Links marked ad are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the store pays me a small commission, at no extra cost to you. See the privacy page for what that does and doesn’t share.
Shop orders
Shipping, damaged items and returns are covered on the shipping & returns page.
Tips
A tip is a one-time payment and isn’t refundable. If you sent one by mistake, email me within 14 days and I’ll refund it.
Radar Plus and Supporter
Neither is on sale right now. If you already have one: Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Manage link on the Radar Plus page, and you keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. There are no refunds for part of a period.
My content
The reviews, articles, videos and photos on this site are mine. Please don’t copy them, republish them or scrape the site. Linking to a page is always welcome.
The fine print
The site is provided as is, without any guarantee that it is complete, current or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for losses from using it, and for anything you bought here my liability is limited to what you paid. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida. If they change, this page changes and the date below moves.
